We keep what we collect to a minimum. We do not ask you to sign up, we do not sell your data, and we do not show third-party advertising trackers.
What we collect · ನಾವು ಏನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ
- Visit statistics. A random ID stored in your browser, the pages you open, how long they were on screen, your device type (phone, tablet or computer) and where you arrived from (for example WhatsApp). We use this to understand which stories are read. We do not store your IP address, name or contact details.
- Likes. An anonymous ID kept in your browser, so one browser can like a story once.
- News alerts. If you choose “Get notifications”, your browser gives us an address for sending alerts. We use it only to tell you about new stories.
- Your choices on the device. Things like your language choice and whether you dismissed a prompt are kept in your browser only.

- Turn off notifications any time in your browser or phone's site settings.
- Clear the site's data in your browser to remove the IDs stored on your device.
- Ask us to delete anything you have sent us (such as tips or photos) by emailing newshaveriofficial@gmail.com.
